Although I admittedly spend too much time on Facebook playing Scrabble and chatting with friends, I am overwhelmed with too many things. I am going to Phoenix April 3rd and tried to explain to a friend I'm meeting there that I was concerned that I wouldn't find time to tan before I left which would mean less sun time in Phoenix. It's really hard to explain how a fifteen minute tanning appointment doesn't fit the chaos. At least my new tanning place doesn't schedule appointments, so one can walk in. They also keep my lotion and goggles, so I can "pop in" at any time. To this convenience I've also saved some time by reciting the rosary prayers as I am tanning. Multi-tasking seems to be the only way to survive when "every minute counts." Did I mention I'm posting and chatting with a friend online?
Today I went back to the interweb to find out what I could post about that would relate to sankalpa . Since it's cold and miserable out, I've been being active inside instead of outside. December 6th (or something like that) was the last time I ventured outside for physical activity. I, however, have still been going to they gym and focusing on being physically fit (or at least burning enough calories to eat more food). Yesterday I received an early morning text from a friend in God's Country . President Obama was talking about "The President's Challenge" .
