Last week I commented on enjoying Seneca Wallace's start for Seattle. This certainly needs clarification. Although I am still a little pleased he is doing well, I am basically distressed. First I didn't want Seattle to win last week because they are in the Rams' division. I certainly do not want him to continue to do as well as he is doing today against the Rams. If the Rams lose today, they basically will NOT be part of the playoffs. I am listening to the game since I never get to watch them play in Minneapolis. Maybe they had to find people off the street to wear the jersey's of our defense, so they could actually play the game. I will admit we are ahead 10-7 as I post, but it is only thanks to Seattle's silly mistakes not our masterful play.

Yesterday I received an early morning text from a friend in God's Country . President Obama was talking about "The President's Challenge" . Today (I tried yesterday and decided to put it off until today... forget out it... let it happen... put it aside... clear my mind of it... all probably sankalpa) I formed a group. The...
